Financial Policy at Main Street Family Dentistry P.C

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable and affordable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements(insurances ,carecredit, etc )have been made in advance.


For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.  

We also accept CareCredit; you must apply for CareCredit before your dental appointment.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Main Street Family Dentistry (540-751-2221). Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.


We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Main Street Family Dentistry (540-751-2221).

Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.    


If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
